COMPANY During the past 6 years, Mr. Paul Colacci, President and Founder, along with other leading foamed aluminum specialists, developed, produced and tested prototypes of a variety of foamed aluminum products using their own process. With initial efforts funded privately, Mr. Colacci continued the development through a privately held company, Aerometals Inc. Having developed the process to the stage of commercial feasibility, AMI was established to consolidate previous efforts into one entity in order to make provision for private investors to further assist in funding the enterprise.
